This is an excellent opportunity for an AAT Level 3 or Level 4 qualified candidate looking to develop a long-term career in practice, with full study support for ACA or CTA available.

The Role of Tax & Accounts Assistant (Practice), Nottingham
This is a varied role with a strong focus on tax compliance, alongside exposure to accounts work and wider practice support.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing personal and corporate tax returns for a range of clients
Supporting the accounts team with compliance work
Assisting with year-end accounts preparation (limited involvement)
Handling client queries and supporting client communication
Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within deadlines
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
What We’re Looking For
AAT Level 3 or Level 4 qualified (or equivalent)
Experience within an accountancy practice environment
Strong interest in tax compliance and development into tax/accountancy
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work effectively within a team
