Salary: £27,000 - £32,000
Hours: Full-time (40 hours, Monday–Friday) or part-time considered
Weekends: 1 in 6 Saturdays
Out-of-Hours: None
Bank Holidays: Not required (except Good Friday)
The Opportunity
An independent, family-run small animal practice in Leeds is looking to recruit a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join its friendly and supportive team. The practice is RCVS-accredited and a recognised nurse training centre, offering a collaborative environment with a strong focus on professional standards and team culture.
This role would suit an RVN who enjoys working within a close-knit team and is confident supporting both clinical work and junior team members.
The Role
This is a varied RVN position covering general nursing duties including inpatient care, theatre support, and client communication. The role includes participation in clinical meetings and contributing to maintaining high professional and confidentiality standards.
There may be occasional shifts at a nearby branch practice, so a full driving licence is required. An interest in supporting and mentoring student nurses is desirable, particularly for those wishing to act as a clinical coach.
