The position offers a $70,000–$130,000 annual salary plus a $25,000 sign-on bonus, with a flexible full-time or part-time schedule designed to support a healthy work-life balance.

About the Practice

The practice provides a dedicated canine rehabilitation service combining veterinary expertise with advanced physical therapy and rehabilitation techniques.

A purpose-built rehabilitation suite provides access to an underwater treadmill, therapeutic laser, therapeutic ultrasound and dedicated areas for strength and balance exercises, therapeutic massage and stretching.

The rehabilitation team works collaboratively with the wider veterinary team, allowing treatment plans to be coordinated around each patient's underlying medical, surgical and mobility needs.

A strong 3:1 support staff-to-doctor ratio allows the veterinarian to focus on patient assessment, rehabilitation planning, treatment and communication with pet owners.

The service takes an individualised approach to rehabilitation, recognising that progress and treatment goals can vary significantly between post-operative patients, senior pets, chronic pain cases and canine athletes.

Located in Charlotte, North Carolina, the position offers the opportunity to develop a specialised veterinary career within one of the state's largest and most dynamic metropolitan areas.
