Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality veterinary care during twilight hours.

  • Assess and manage a varied first opinion caseload.

  • Handle medical and surgical cases appropriate to experience.

  • Perform diagnostic investigations and interpret results.

  • Stabilise and treat patients requiring urgent attention.

  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients.

  • Work closely with Veterinary Nurses and the wider clinical team.

  • Maintain accurate clinical records and high standards of patient welfare.

  • Contribute to clinical discussions and continuous improvement.

  • Make confident, evidence-based clinical decisions.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a Veterinary Surgeon with strong small animal clinical skills who is comfortable managing a varied caseload and working independently during twilight hours.

They will ideally demonstrate:
