Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 Base Salary + 23% Monthly Production

Responsibilities
The Urgent Care Veterinarian will be responsible for:
Providing high-quality urgent care and general veterinary services
Diagnosing and treating a variety of medical cases
Performing wellness examinations, diagnostics, and treatment planning
Managing urgent and complex cases with confidence
Communicating effectively with clients and educating them on treatment options
Collaborating with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff
Maintaining excellent standards of patient care
Supporting Fear Free and Cat Friendly handling practices
Continuing to develop clinical skills through mentorship and education
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
A DVM degree or equivalent veterinary qualification
Active Texas veterinary licence or eligibility to obtain one
Strong interest in urgent care, emergency medicine, or advanced general practice
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A passion for continuous learning and professional development
A commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality medicine
