About the Practice
This is a modern, paperless urgent care veterinary hospital built to bridge the gap between daytime general practice and overnight emergency care.
The hospital follows a Fear Free and Feline Friendly approach, prioritising patient comfort, reduced stress, and exceptional client service while delivering efficient same-day treatment.
Each location is equipped with cloud-based EMR systems, digital radiography, and a full suite of IDEXX in-house laboratory equipment, allowing veterinarians to diagnose and treat cases confidently and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality urgent care for canine and feline patients
Diagnose and treat common urgent medical cases and minor injuries
Manage a varied caseload, including urgent surgeries and same-day appointments
Provide exceptional client communication and education
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Collaborate closely with the clinical team and leadership
Support the growth of support staff through internal training programs
Build strong client and community relationships within the St. Louis veterinary community
Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree or equivalent
Eligible for or holding a Missouri veterinary license
Strong interest in urgent care medicine
Comfortable working independently in a single-doctor shift environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Collaborative mindset with a commitment to high-quality patient care
Passion for mentorship, teamwork, and client relationships
Compensation & Benefits
Flexible compensation package (ranging from $175,000 to $195,000)
