Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 base salary plus production bonus

Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality medical and surgical care to companion animal patients
Perform routine and advanced surgical procedures

Assist with training and professional development of veterinary colleagues
Collaborate with hospital leadership to support operational and financial goals

Candidate Profile
DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
Eligible for veterinary licensure in Massachusetts
Previous clinical experience in small animal medicine required
Strong interest and confidence in surgery
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Passion for mentoring and supporting colleagues
Commitment to high-quality veterinary medicine and patient care
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
