Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality small animal veterinary care (dogs, cats, and small mammals)

• Interpret diagnostic testing and in-house laboratory results

• Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners

• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

• Collaborate with veterinary colleagues and support staff

• Participate in mentorship and continuous professional development

• Deliver care aligned with high standards of ethics, compassion, and professionalism

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be:

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent qualification holder

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Arkansas, USA

• DEA registered or eligible to obtain certification

• USDA accredited or willing to obtain accreditation

• Either an experienced clinician or a new graduate seeking mentorship

• Strong communicator with a compassionate, client-focused approach

• Comfortable working in a collaborative general practice environment
