Responsibilities
Provide high-quality small animal veterinary care (dogs, cats, and small mammals)
Conduct wellness exams, diagnostics, and preventive care consultations

Perform routine surgical and dental procedures
Interpret diagnostic testing and in-house laboratory results
Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Collaborate with veterinary colleagues and support staff
Participate in mentorship and continuous professional development
Deliver care aligned with high standards of ethics, compassion, and professionalism
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be:
A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent qualification holder
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Arkansas, USA
DEA registered or eligible to obtain certification
USDA accredited or willing to obtain accreditation
Either an experienced clinician or a new graduate seeking mentorship
Strong communicator with a compassionate, client-focused approach
Comfortable working in a collaborative general practice environment
