Responsibilities
Provide high-quality medical care for companion animal patients
Perform routine examinations, diagnostics, and treatment plans
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication
Collaborate with veterinary and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care

Support mentoring and development initiatives within the hospital
Maintain accurate medical records and clinical standards

Candidate Profile
DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
Eligible for veterinary licensure in Massachusetts
Strong clinical and communication skills
Passion for delivering outstanding patient and client care
Team-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills
Interest in mentoring and leadership development is advantageous
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment

Base salary: $145,000 – $165,000
