Salary: $122,000 – $196,000 annually

Responsibilities
As the Veterinarian Hospital Medical Leader, responsibilities will include:
Leading and mentoring the veterinary team
Promoting exceptional standards of patient care and client service
Supporting the professional development of associate veterinarians
Driving medical quality and hospital compliance standards
Partnering with operational leadership to improve hospital performance
Monitoring key business and financial metrics
Building strong relationships with clients and the local community
Performing routine and advanced medical, surgical, and dental procedures
Encouraging collaboration and fostering a positive workplace culture
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited veterinary school
Active veterinary licensure, or eligibility for licensure, in Massachusetts
Strong clinical and surgical skills
Previous leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
Interest in hospital operations, team development, and business performance
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
