Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage critical care cases within a high-acuity ICU setting

  • Provide advanced stabilisation and intensive care treatment for complex patients

  • Collaborate closely with emergency clinicians and specialty departments

  • Develop and oversee treatment plans for critically ill patients

  • Support interdisciplinary case discussions and decision-making

  • Guide and mentor interns, residents, and clinical support staff

  • Maintain clear, compassionate communication with pet owners

  • Ensure high standards of ICU patient monitoring and care delivery

  • Contribute to hospital protocols, ICU workflows, and clinical development

  • Participate in teaching and clinical education initiatives
