The role offers a competitive base salary of $184,000–$263,000 plus production bonus opportunities (no negative accrual), with a sign-on bonus of up to $100,000 and relocation assistance available.

Responsibilities
Provide advanced internal medicine consultations and treatment plans for small animal patients.
Diagnose and manage complex medical cases using evidence-based veterinary medicine.
Perform advanced diagnostics and collaborate on patient management strategies.
Work closely with emergency clinicians, specialists, technicians, and referring veterinarians.
Build and maintain strong referral relationships throughout the Los Angeles veterinary community.
Communicate medical findings, treatment options, and recommendations clearly with clients.
Support the development and growth of internal medicine services.
Participate in clinical research, mentorship, and continuing education opportunities.
