Responsibilities
Provide medical direction and clinical leadership for the hospital
Deliver high-quality small animal veterinary care, including advanced soft tissue surgery
Mentor and support veterinarians and support staff
Help shape and maintain clinical standards, protocols, and best practices
Collaborate with practice management to drive hospital growth and operational improvements
Support recruitment, training, and professional development of team members
Strengthen client relationships and promote exceptional patient care outcomes
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing hospital culture
Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD or equivalent)
Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Hampshire, in good standing
DEA licence (or eligibility) required
Strong surgical and clinical competency in small animal practice
Experience with routine and advanced soft tissue procedures preferred
Leadership experience welcomed; first-time Medical Directors encouraged to apply
