Responsibilities

  • Provide medical direction and clinical leadership for the hospital

  • Deliver high-quality small animal veterinary care, including advanced soft tissue surgery

  • Collaborate with practice management to drive hospital growth and operational improvements

  • Support recruitment, training, and professional development of team members

  • Strengthen client relationships and promote exceptional patient care outcomes

  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing hospital culture

Candidate Profile

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD or equivalent)

  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Hampshire, in good standing

  • DEA licence (or eligibility) required

  • Strong surgical and clinical competency in small animal practice

  • Experience with routine and advanced soft tissue procedures preferred

  • Leadership experience welcomed; first-time Medical Directors encouraged to apply

  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
