Small animal general practice
Approximately 14.5 patients per doctor per day
Strong support team with approximately 1–3 support staff members per DVM
Modern 4,000 sq. ft. veterinary facility

Responsibilities
Lead and support the veterinary team while maintaining high medical standards
Provide exceptional medical and surgical care for companion animals
Mentor associate veterinarians and support professional development
Oversee clinical protocols and encourage best practices
Perform soft tissue surgery and complex medical procedures
Build strong client relationships through education and communication
Collaborate with technicians, assistants, and leadership teams

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is an experienced veterinarian who combines strong clinical skills with leadership ability.
Applicants should have:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent from an accredited university
Strong communication and client education skills
A compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Experience managing or mentoring within a multi-doctor practice preferred
Previous experience as a Medical Director, Chief of Staff, Lead Veterinarian, or Managing Veterinarian strongly encouraged
Confidence performing surgical procedures and managing complex cases
