Responsibilities
Provide high-quality medical and surgical care for companion animal and exotic patients
Lead and mentor veterinarians, technicians, and support staff

Perform wellness care, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care services
Build strong client relationships through communication and education
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure high-quality patient care standards

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent
Leadership experience or readiness to step into a Medical Director role
Strong communication and client relationship skills
A compassionate, team-oriented approach to patient care
Passion for mentorship, collaboration, and clinical excellence
Interest in helping grow and develop a progressive veterinary hospital
Experience in surgery, dentistry, orthopedics, or exotics is highly welcomed.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $180,000–$250,000 annually + production bonus
