Salary: $184,000 – $263,000 base salary plus production bonus

Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage a wide range of oncology cases
Develop comprehensive treatment plans for cancer patients
Collaborate with specialists and emergency clinicians to provide multidisciplinary care
Communicate effectively with clients and referring veterinarians
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Support the growth and development of the oncology service
Participate in mentorship, education, and hospital initiatives
Deliver exceptional patient care and client service
Candidate Profile
DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
Board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Oncologist
Eligible for veterinary licensure in Massachusetts
Strong oncology diagnostic and treatment expertise
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
