Responsibilities

The Veterinary Radiologist will be responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging interpretation and supporting clinical teams across the hospital.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert interpretation of diagnostic imaging for a high-volume referral and emergency caseload

  • Collaborating closely with specialists in Surgery, Internal Medicine, Emergency and Critical Care, Cardiology, Dermatology, Anaesthesia, and Exotic Medicine

  • Participating in clinical rounds, case discussions, and multidisciplinary decision-making

  • Supporting and mentoring interns, residents, and veterinary technicians

  • Contributing to the ongoing development and expansion of the Diagnostic Imaging service

  • Engaging in continuing education and clinical teaching activities

  • Supporting efficient workflow within a busy specialty hospital environment

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this Veterinary Radiologist job in Massachusetts will be a board-certified Veterinary Radiologist (DACVR) or board-eligible equivalent.
