The service is undergoing significant expansion, with a major facility development planned for completion in 2027. This includes the addition of MRI, fluoroscopy, Neurology, Ophthalmology, and Dentistry, further enhancing diagnostic and treatment capabilities.

Responsibilities
The Veterinary Radiologist will be responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging interpretation and supporting clinical teams across the hospital.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing expert interpretation of diagnostic imaging for a high-volume referral and emergency caseload
Collaborating closely with specialists in Surgery, Internal Medicine, Emergency and Critical Care, Cardiology, Dermatology, Anaesthesia, and Exotic Medicine
Participating in clinical rounds, case discussions, and multidisciplinary decision-making
Supporting and mentoring interns, residents, and veterinary technicians
Contributing to the ongoing development and expansion of the Diagnostic Imaging service
Engaging in continuing education and clinical teaching activities
Supporting efficient workflow within a busy specialty hospital environment
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for this Veterinary Radiologist job in Massachusetts will be a board-certified Veterinary Radiologist (DACVR) or board-eligible equivalent.
