About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a supportive and progressive practice in Brighouse, West Yorkshire. This role offers a salary of up to £60,000 (DOE, FTE) alongside a strong focus on career development, clinical freedom, and work-life balance.
This position is open to both full-time (40 hours) and part-time (minimum 25 hours) applicants, with flexibility to accommodate individual requirements. The rota includes 1 in 3 Saturdays, with no out-of-hours or Sundays, ensuring a manageable and sustainable schedule.
The practice fosters a nurse-led environment, allowing veterinary surgeons to focus on delivering high-quality clinical care while collaborating closely with an experienced and supportive team.

Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality consultations and surgical procedures
Work cases up to a gold-standard level of care
Collaborate with the wider clinical team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Contribute to a positive team culture and knowledge sharing
Build strong relationships with clients and provide clear communication
Support the ongoing development of clinical standards within the practice
Candidate Profile
Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with a minimum of 1 year’s experience
Confident in routine surgery and consultations
Passionate about delivering excellent patient and client care
Keen to develop clinical interests and pursue further training
Strong team player with a proactive and positive approach
Committed to continuous professional development
