The position offers a 70% medical and 30% surgical caseload, fixed start and finish times, dedicated administration time and the opportunity to provide personalised care without the pressures often associated with high-volume practices.

Their experienced Registered Veterinary Nurses play an active role in patient care, allowing Veterinary Surgeons to work effectively while maintaining high clinical standards.

Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality first-opinion veterinary care to small animal patients.
Manage a varied caseload across consultations, diagnostics, preventative healthcare and routine surgery.
Build strong relationships with clients through compassionate and personalised care.
Perform routine surgical procedures with confidence.
Work collaboratively with Veterinary Nurses and the wider practice team.
Maintain accurate clinical records and provide appropriate client communication.
Participate in limited inpatient on-call responsibilities when required.
Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
MRCVS registration.
At least 2 years of UK veterinary experience.
Confidence managing consultations and routine surgical procedures.
Strong communication and client care skills.
The ability to work independently when required, including occasional sole charge.
A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for working within a supportive team.
A commitment to ongoing professional development.
A genuine passion for delivering excellent patient care.
