Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality first opinion veterinary care to small animal patients
Manage a varied caseload with confidence and clinical independence
Perform consultations, surgical procedures, and diagnostic investigations
Develop appropriate treatment plans and communicate effectively with clients
Support colleagues through knowledge sharing and mentoring
Contribute to maintaining and improving clinical standards
Build strong relationships with clients and their pets
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary veterinary team
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a passionate Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys working within a supportive and progressive practice environment.
Applicants should have:
RCVS registration and experience working as a Veterinary Surgeon
Confidence managing medical and surgical cases
Strong communication and client care skills
A commitment to providing outstanding patient care
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team
A desire to continue developing clinical skills and knowledge
Experienced Veterinary Surgeons will bring clinical autonomy and leadership within the team, while applications from newer graduates looking for structured support and development are also welcomed.
