Responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include:
Delivering high-quality veterinary care across consultations and surgery
Taking responsibility for patient care throughout the clinical journey
Conducting examinations and diagnostic investigations
Developing tailored treatment plans with clients
Performing surgical procedures in line with experience and clinical competence
Maintaining high standards of regulatory and operational compliance
Communicating clearly and compassionately with pet owners
Working collaboratively with veterinary and nursing colleagues
Sharing clinical knowledge and supporting colleagues' development
Maintaining accurate patient and clinical records
Contributing positively to clinical standards and practice development
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be a qualified, MRCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for clinical excellence and delivering high standards of client and patient care.
They should be comfortable working across consultations and surgery, with the confidence to develop appropriate treatment plans for individual patients.
Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, alongside a collaborative approach and willingness to share clinical knowledge.
