A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon with GP experience to join a modern, purpose-built practice in Lincoln. The role is ideal for a vet with 3+ years’ experience in general practice who wants to deliver high-quality preventive, medical, and surgical care to pets while being part of a friendly, supportive team.

Location: Lincoln
Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 per annum DOE
Hours: 39 hours per week, 1 in 4 weekends
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Responsibilities
As a Veterinary Surgeon, you will:
Deliver preventive, medical, and surgical care to pets
Treat sick and injured animals with confidence and compassion
Communicate effectively with pet owners to provide clear treatment plans
Work collaboratively with the wider clinical and non-clinical team
Contribute to a culture of high standards, clinical development, and continuous learning
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will:
Be a qualified Veterinary Surgeon
Have 3+ years’ GP experience
Demonstrate strong clinical confidence in both medicine and surgery
Be an excellent communicator and team player
Have a passion for animal welfare and preventive care
Be motivated to develop professionally and contribute to a supportive team environment
