Responsibilities
Provide high-quality first opinion veterinary care to small animal patients.
Conduct consultations and manage a varied medical and surgical caseload.
Perform appropriate diagnostic investigations.
Develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patients.
Carry out surgical procedures appropriate to experience.
Provide clear, compassionate advice and support to clients.
Build positive and lasting client relationships.
Work collaboratively with Veterinary Nurses, PCAs and the wider practice team.
Contribute to clinical discussions and continuous improvement.
Maintain high standards of patient welfare, clinical governance and professional practice.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys working within a supportive and collaborative first opinion environment.
