About the Role
They are seeking an experienced and motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join a supportive team at their Telford hospital. The role offers the chance to work within a collaborative, inclusive environment where every team member actively contributes to clinical excellence.
This position is a 38-hour week with a 4-day working week and 2:9 Saturday rota (currently at a nearby hospital), plus a share of bank holidays, providing a strong work-life balance.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality veterinary care across a varied caseload
Support a culture of teamwork and collaborative decision-making
Participate in clinical discussions and ongoing professional development
Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold best practice standards
Contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care across medicine and surgery
Candidate Profile
Fully qualified Veterinary Surgeon with relevant experience
Skilled in both medical and surgical cases
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
Committed to delivering compassionate, high-standard patient care
Motivated to learn and develop within a collaborative environment
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Up to £70,000 FTE
6 weeks holiday, including bank holidays
