About the Role
As an Associate Veterinarian, you’ll provide high-quality medical and surgical care to small animals while working closely with a skilled support team.

Requirements
Skills & Knowledge

Education & Licensure
Strong foundation in veterinary medicine, surgery, and preventive care
Excellent communication and client service skills
Proficiency in interpreting medical records, lab results, and diagnostic data
Team-focused mindset and ability to mentor support staff
Computer literacy for managing medical records and lab orders
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
Active license in good standing with the Nevada State Veterinary Board
Nevada Board of Pharmacy Controlled Substances and Dispensing Licenses
DEA License
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Requires regular bending, lifting, and handling of animals up to 50 lbs (occasionally 150+ lbs)
Exposure to standard veterinary environments, including biological and chemical materials
Must follow OSHA, DEA, and state veterinary health regulations
