Key Responsibilities
Deliver relationship-based veterinary care to clients and patients
Manage a varied caseload, including general appointments and surgical procedures

Mentor and support veterinary technicians and support staff

Ideal Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD or equivalent)
Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in Florida
Passion for small animal medicine (experience with exotics a plus)
Strong teamwork, communication, and learning mindset
