Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver relationship-based veterinary care to clients and patients
- Manage a varied caseload of appointments and surgical procedures
- Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to enhance patient outcomes
- Support the development of support staff through mentorship and training
- Participate in ongoing community outreach and professional development
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited institution (or completion of ECFVG/PAVE)
- Valid veterinary license in the state of practice (or ability to obtain)
- Passion for small animal medicine; experience with exotics a plus
- Commitment to continued learning and a team-oriented mindset
