Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough physical exams and diagnostic assessments of pets.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual pet needs.
- Administer vaccinations, medications, and perform surgical procedures as needed.
- Provide dental care and educate pet owners on oral hygiene practices.
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets’ health and provide recommendations for ongoing care and wellness.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school.
- Valid veterinary license to practice in Colorado.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to animal care.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
