Responsibilities
Provide high-quality small animal veterinary care to a loyal client base
Perform routine wellness exams, diagnostics, and medical treatments
Collaborate with a large, experienced veterinary team
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure excellent service and education
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Candidate Profile
DVM or equivalent degree
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Minnesota
Interest in small animal medicine
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 USD (commensurate with experience)
Monthly production with no negative accrual
Sign-on bonus available
Schedule Highlights
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Rotating Saturdays: 8:00am – 2:00pm
30-minute appointment slots
Built-in morning and afternoon breaks for catch-up and callbacks
