The Opportunity
An experienced Chartered Accountant (ACA / ACCA) is sought to join the team in a key client-facing role. This position is suited to a technically strong practice professional who can manage multiple priorities, deliver accurate compliance work, and provide proactive advisory input to business owners.
Core Responsibilities

Preparation and review of statutory year-end accounts for a varied client base.

Production and review of management accounts.

Preparation and submission of Self-Assessment tax returns.

Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations.

Acting as a trusted adviser to clients, providing practical and forward-thinking guidance.

Supporting and mentoring junior team members to ensure quality delivery and professional development.
Candidate Profile
-
ACA or ACCA qualified with minimum 3 years’ experience in accountancy practice.

Strong technical grounding in accounts preparation and tax compliance.

Confident managing client relationships and handling queries directly.

Organised, commercially aware and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Motivated to contribute to a growing, ambitious practice environment.
