Responsibilities
Examine, diagnose, and treat companion animals
Perform surgery and prescribe medications as needed
Operate diagnostic equipment and interpret results
Advise clients on preventive care, treatment plans, and end-of-life care
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
Ensure compliance with veterinary ethics, state regulations, and clinic policies
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited institution
Licensed or eligible for Minnesota veterinary licensure
Ability to obtain DEA/BNDD registration
Strong communication and client-centered approach
Team-oriented, professional, and committed to continuous growth
Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs; with assistance for heavier patients
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $115,000 – $130,000 per year (negotiable based on experience)
