About the Role
A full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian opportunity is available at a well-established AAHA-accredited, dog and cat-exclusive companion animal practice in Apple Valley, Minnesota. This practice has been serving the local community since 1991 and has a growing, loyal clientele seeking high-quality, individualized care for their pets.
The Associate Veterinarian will provide compassionate medical care, client education, and collaborative support within a team-focused environment. Flexible schedules are available, and part-time candidates will be considered.
Practice Highlights
Team includes 5 DVMs, 9 CVTs, 3 veterinary assistants, a groomer, and 3 client service representatives
Technicians average 10 years of experience at the clinic
Well-equipped facility with digital radiography, digital dental radiography, and in-house Idexx lab (CBC and chemistry analyzer)
Services include wellness and preventative care, general surgery, dentistry, with collaboration from board-certified surgeons for orthopedic and complex cases

Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited institution
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Minnesota
Compassionate communicator with strong client education skills

Schedule

Full-time (4 days/week preferred) with options for part-time or relief work
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive starting salary with monthly production and no negative accrual
Compensation Range - $120,000 – $140,000 USD
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
