This full-service, AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital provides comprehensive care, including routine and advanced surgery, dentistry, digital radiography, in-house laboratory diagnostics, and boarding services. Responsibilities
Examine and treat companion animals to diagnose illness and injury
Perform medical and surgical procedures in line with best practices
Operate diagnostic equipment and interpret laboratory results
Provide preventative care guidance and treatment recommendations
Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatment plans
Deliver compassionate end-of-life care and client communication
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Ensure compliance with veterinary ethics, regulations, and protocols
Collaborate effectively with veterinary technicians and support staff
Candidate Profile
DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited institution
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Texas
Eligibility to obtain DEA licensure
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional, compassionate approach with clients and colleagues
Interest in small animal medicine and surgery
New graduates welcomed with mentorship available
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $115,000 – $135,000 per year
