This full-service small animal practice provides preventive care, dentistry, soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, and advanced diagnostics, including in-house laboratory testing and digital imaging. The practice emphasizes personalized wellness care from early life through senior years.

Responsibilities
Examine and treat companion animals to diagnose illness and injury
Perform medical, dental, and surgical procedures, including soft tissue and orthopedic cases
Operate diagnostic equipment and interpret laboratory and imaging results
Advise clients on preventative care and treatment options
Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatment plans
Provide compassionate end-of-life care and client support
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
Ensure compliance with veterinary ethics, regulations, and protocols
Collaborate effectively with veterinary technicians and support staff
Candidate Profile
DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited institution
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Texas
Eligibility to obtain DEA licensure
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional, compassionate approach with clients and colleagues
Interest in small animal general practice and surgery

Competitive salary: $115,000 – $135,000 per year
