Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality small animal medical, surgical, and dental care
Perform wellness exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning
Uphold medical and safety standards in line with regulatory requirements
Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
Maintain thorough and accurate medical records
Collaborate with leadership on professional development goals
Support and mentor clinical team members as appropriate
Candidate Profile
DVM or equivalent degree
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Minnesota
Interest in general practice, surgery, and dentistry
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
Commitment to ethical, high-quality patient care

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 USD + production
Quarterly production bonuses (no negative accrual)
