A growing small animal practice in Canton is seeking a compassionate, motivated Associate Veterinarian to join their collaborative, low-drama team. About the Practice

This full-service small animal practice maintains an average patient load of 15–20 per day with a 2:1 support staff-to-doctor ratio. The clinic is equipped with IDEXX in-house lab, ultrasound, digital X-ray, and in-house canine reproduction tools, allowing veterinarians to provide comprehensive care efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality veterinary care across wellness, preventative, urgent, surgical, and limited equine/bovine cases

  • Educate and guide clients on preventive care and treatment plans

  • Collaborate with skilled technicians and client service representatives to deliver an exceptional client and patient experience

  • Participate in professional development, mentorship, and team meetings to maintain best practices and continuous improvement

Candidate Profile

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent from an accredited institution

  • Passionate about patient care and building long-term client relationships
