Responsibilities
Provide high-quality small animal medical and surgical care
Conduct wellness exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
Practice medicine aligned with AAHA standards
Collaborate closely with experienced support staff
Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
Candidate Profile
DVM or equivalent degree
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Minnesota
Interest in small animal general practice
Strong communication and client education skills

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 USD (negotiable based on experience)
