Responsibilities
Examine and treat feline patients for illness, injury, and routine care
Perform surgeries and prescribe medications as needed
Utilize diagnostic equipment and laboratory resources for advanced care
Educate and guide cat owners on preventive care and treatment plans
Provide compassionate end-of-life care
Maintain accurate, thorough medical records
Uphold veterinary ethics, state regulations, and clinic protocols
Candidate Profile
DVM degree from an AVMA-accredited institution
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Florida
DEA/BNDD eligibility
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, positive, and collaborative attitude
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently and assist with heavier patients or equipment
Ideal for both new graduates and experienced veterinarians seeking a feline-focused role in a supportive practice
