They are seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian (DVM/VMD) to join a growing General Practice with upcoming Urgent Care services in Charlotte, NC. This role offers flexible scheduling, mentorship, and hands-on support from experienced doctors, with opportunities to practice both general medicine and urgent care.
Veterinarians will rotate weekends and urgent care hours, manage multiple patients, and provide high-quality medical and surgical care while fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
Provide medical, surgical, and urgent care services for small animal patients

Maintain accurate patient records and manage multiple cases efficiently

Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and professional development opportunities
Candidate Profile
DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited university
Active license in good standing to practice in North Carolina (or willingness to obtain)
Comfortable with common surgeries and procedures in general and urgent care
Urgent/ECC experience preferred but mentorship is provided
Collaborative, motivated, and committed to continuous growth and excellence
Strong communicator with client-centered focus

Unlimited earning potential through progressive compensation model with base salary, stipends, commission, and signing bonuses (Salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000)
