An exciting opportunity is available for a Hybrid GP/Urgent Care Veterinarian at a brand-new, state-of-the-art veterinary hospital opening in Lake Nona, Florida. This role is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys a mix of general practice and urgent care cases, values flexibility, and wants to be part of a newly launched, modern practice from the ground up.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality medical care for wellness, sick, and urgent cases
Manage a varied caseload combining general practice and urgent care
Perform routine soft tissue surgeries as part of comprehensive care
Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
Collaborate with technicians, support staff, and leadership
Help shape workflows and culture in a new hospital environment
Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an accredited university
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Florida
Comfortable working in a hybrid GP/Urgent Care setting
Confident decision-maker with strong clinical judgment
Team-oriented, adaptable, and enthusiastic about new opportunities
Values autonomy, collaboration, and a supportive culture
