Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional patient care with a relationship-based approach
Collaborate with clinical team members and leadership to maintain a positive workplace culture
Foster relationships within the practice and local community
Support the development of staff members through internal training programs
Manage a varying caseload, including medical appointments and surgeries during open hours
Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an AVMA-accredited college (or ECFVG/PAVE certified)
Active veterinary license or eligibility to obtain licensure in South Carolina
Passionate about compassionate, fear-free veterinary care
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Open to all experience levels from new graduates to experienced associates
Compensation & Benefits
Salary ranging from $145,000 to $165,000
