This Tax Adviser position in Leicester is suited to a technically strong professional who enjoys ownership of client relationships and exposure to advisory projects.
You will manage a portfolio of tax compliance clients while supporting senior leadership on bespoke advisory assignments. The role combines technical compliance expertise with high-level advisory exposure.

Key Responsibilities
Tax Compliance

Manage a portfolio of private clients, trusts and partnerships

Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day tax matters

Prepare, review and submit:

Personal tax returns

Trust and estate tax returns

Partnership tax returns

Ensure statutory deadlines are met accurately and efficiently

Identify tax planning opportunities arising from compliance work
Tax Advisory Support

Assist Principals on bespoke advisory projects, including:

Personal and family tax planning

Trust and estate structuring

Partnership and business structuring

Undertake technical research and draft clear advice notes

Develop expertise through exposure to complex, non-routine matters
Client & Practice Support

Build long-term client relationships

Liaise directly with HMRC and external advisers

Provide proactive and professional communication

Contribute to the continued development of the practice
