Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care for small animals
Educate clients on preventative care, nutrition, and responsible pet ownership
Collaborate with skilled veterinary technicians and support staff
Participate in mentorship and professional growth programs
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure excellent client communication
Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD from an accredited institution
Valid veterinary license in Texas
Passion for small animal medicine and client education
Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
Open to mentorship, leadership development, and structured career growth
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary ($130,000 – $200,000, DOE)
