About the Role

A full-time Associate Veterinarian opportunity is available at a multi-doctor, AAHA-accredited small animal practice in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. The practice also treats select exotic patients. This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian who values a collaborative team environment, mentorship, and a fun, patient-focused culture.

The veterinarian will provide high-quality medical care, dentistry, surgery, and individualized patient attention while supporting a close-knit, experienced team.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited institution

  • Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Minnesota

  • Comfortable performing dentistry and surgery

Schedule

  • Full-time, starting at 3–4 days per week

  • Rotating Saturday shifts (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay range: $130,000 – $150,000 annually with monthly bonus opportunity and no negative accrual
