Responsibilities

  • Examine, diagnose, and treat companion animals for illness or injury

  • Operate diagnostic equipment, collect samples, and interpret results

  • Advise clients on preventative care, treatment plans, and end-of-life options

  • Perform surgeries and prescribe medications as needed

  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with veterinary ethics and policies

  • Collaborate effectively with the veterinary team to provide the highest standard of care

Candidate Profile

  • DVM degree from an accredited AVMA institution

  • Appropriate state licensure (Minnesota) and eligibility for DEA/BNDD

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional, courteous presentation with clients and staff

  • Ability to lift and handle patients and equipment (up to 25 lbs independently, over 25 lbs with assistance)

  • Passion for providing compassionate care in a team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: USD $100,000 – $150,000 / year (negotiable based on experience)

  • $50,000 Sign-On Bonus
