About the Role
An established small animal veterinary practice in Harnett County, North Carolina is seeking a compassionate and experienced Associate Veterinarian to join a collaborative and supportive clinical team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based medicine while building lasting client relationships in a positive, team-oriented environment. Hours consist of a four day work week with one rotating Saturday per month

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care to small animal patients
Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through clear communication
Collaborate with veterinarians and support staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Contribute positively to a supportive, team-driven hospital culture
Maintain accurate medical records and follow established clinical protocols
Candidate Profile
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) Veterinarian in North Carolina
Minimum three years of clinical experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to evidence-based veterinary medicine

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary (commensurate with experience). Salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000
