Salary: $115,000 – $150,000 per year + up to $75,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care for companion animals
Communicate clearly with clients, guiding them through treatment plans and wellness strategies
Perform soft tissue surgeries, interpret diagnostics, and create thoughtful treatment plans
Collaborate with a dedicated and supportive team
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Ensure compliance with veterinary ethics, hospital protocols, and state/federal regulations
Candidate Profile
DVM or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited program
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Florida
DEA/BNDD eligibility
Excellent clinical and communication skills
Professional, compassionate, team-oriented, with a sense of humor
