We are seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join a well-established small animal practice just north of Tampa in Lutz, FL. This role allows you to provide compassionate, world-class care with a supportive team and state-of-the-art facilities.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality small animal medicine and surgery
Collaborate with colleagues and specialty networks for complex cases
Mentor and educate staff in a team-oriented environment

Uphold the highest standards of veterinary ethics and care
Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited university
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice in Florida
Passionate about pet care and delivering advanced veterinary medicine
Collaborative, empathetic, and committed to lifelong learning
Enjoys mentoring others and contributing to a positive team culture
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Negotiable based on experience, skills, and credentials (ranging from $115,000 to $135,000)
Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–6:00 PM, Saturday 7:30 AM–1:00 PM
