About the Practice
This is a newly built, full-service small animal hospital serving dogs and cats in the Maple Grove community. The practice is well established locally and supported by an experienced leadership team and a highly skilled support staff, enabling veterinarians to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
The hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and fully computerized systems, providing an efficient and comfortable clinical environment. The culture is laid-back, collaborative, and quality-driven, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and client relationships.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality small animal medical and surgical care
Perform routine and elective surgeries, including spay/neuter and dentistry
Conduct thorough physical examinations and diagnostics
Communicate clearly with clients regarding treatment plans and follow-up care
Collaborate with a supportive veterinary and technical team
Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
Candidate Profile
DVM or equivalent degree
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Minnesota
Interest in general practice, surgery, and dentistry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented mindset with a focus on quality medicine

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation package (commensurate with experience). Salary ranging from $155,000 to $175,000
Flexible scheduling: 3, 4, or 5-day workweek
Support staff ratio of approximately 3:1
