Responsibilities
Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care to small animal patients
Manage wellness appointments, diagnostics, and walk-in cases
Perform routine and advanced surgical procedures
Communicate clearly with clients regarding diagnoses and treatment plans
Collaborate closely with technicians and support staff
Maintain accurate medical records and clinical standards
Candidate Profile
DVM or equivalent from an accredited veterinary school
Active California veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
Comfortable with general medicine, surgery, and dentistry
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Team-oriented with a desire to learn and grow
New graduates welcome with structured mentorship available
DEA license and USDA accreditation preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 (DOE)
