Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive small animal medical and surgical care
Manage wellness visits, diagnostics, and routine surgical procedures
Build strong client relationships through clear communication
Collaborate with veterinarians, RVTs, and support staff
Contribute to a positive, learning-oriented hospital culture
Maintain accurate medical records and uphold clinical standards
Candidate Profile
DVM or equivalent from an accredited veterinary school
Licensed or license-eligible in California
Open to all experience levels; mentorship available
Interest in leadership development is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Enthusiasm for practicing in a close-knit mountain community
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $95,000 – $125,000
No weekends, no on-call, no emergency shifts
3–4 day workweek supporting excellent work-life balance
